Where will you be working?

Worldstream is an Infrastructure-as-a-Service (Iaas) Provider with its own data centers in the Netherlands and locations abroad. With our services we now serve thousands of customers all over the world. Worldstream is a fast-growing company in a future-proof sector. What are you going to do?

Within the Development department you will be responsible for expanding our DevOps approach. Our applications require more and more pipelines to guarantee quality. We also have plans to roll out Kubernetes in the near future to support our applications in a cloud-native approach. In addition to DevOps activities, you will also be involved in the development of our backend systems. For example our Software-Defined-Network Controller. This controller is able create virtual networks between random servers in our data centers.

What do we ask?

• HBO/WO work and thinking level
• A cloud-native mentality that helps our team to take the next steps
• Experience with setting up and maintaining CI/CD Pipelines.
• Experience with setting up Kubernetes and with "Day 2" work on our own infrastructure.
• Knowledge of Golang
• Knowledge of Python is an advantage
• Experience with Event Sourcing is an advantage
