Two-factor authentication

We advise you to use two-factor authentication in order to keep your Worldstream account and its data safe.

We will explain how to enable and use your two-factor authentication in the following tutorial.

One-time setup:

  1. Install one of the following applications on your mobile device:
    • Google Authenticator
    • FreeOTP
    • Microsoft Authenticator
  2. Log in to your Worldstream account at my.worldstream.nl
  3. Select “View account”.
  4. Under “Credentials for”,  click  on  “Manage two-factor authentication (TOTP).”
  5. Open the installed authenticator application and scan the QR code displayed on the screen.
  6. Under “One-Time Code”, enter the code shown in the authenticator application.
  7. Click “Save”.
  8. In the top right corner, click “Back to application”.

Logging in:

  1. Go to my.worldstream.nl and log in with your regular credentials
  2. Under “One-Time Code”, enter the code from your authenticator app.
  3. Click “Login”.
