What happens after you order: your first 24 hours
Kort antwoord
Log in to Portal with your Worldstream account (no separate portal password). Some accounts need identity verification first. Once you're in, the dashboard shows an "Attention Required" banner for anything that needs action, your purchased resources, and a getting started checklist: create your first VPS, configure backups, and add an SSH key.
Logging in
Portal uses single sign-on shared with worldstream.com, so there's no separate portal password to set up. Go to portal.worldstream.com and sign in with your Worldstream account.
Some accounts go through identity verification (KYC for individuals, KYB for companies) under Account → Verification. This doesn't block ordering or delay your service, you have 30 days to complete it. If your account needs this, you'll see it flagged there.
What you'll see on first login
Attention Required banner
Appears at the top of the dashboard when something needs your attention: overdue invoices, VPS errors, failed backups, an unprotected VPS, or firewall issues. If nothing needs action, you won't see it.
Purchased resources
Four cards show your current totals against your plan limit: Virtual Private Servers, vCPUs, RAM, and Storage.
Getting started checklist
If you don't have a VPS yet, the dashboard shows three steps: create your first VPS, configure backups, and add an SSH key. Work through these in order.
