What does pay-per-use mean?

The monthly price on each plan is an estimate for a VPS that runs the whole month, excluding VAT. Your actual costs follow your usage. Add-ons sit outside the plan price, so extra IPv4, backups and extra storage come on top. The portal shows the estimated monthly total before you deploy.

Can I change vCPU, RAM and storage after launch?

Yes. You raise vCPU, RAM or disk from My Portal whenever you need to, and the price follows your actual usage from that moment. That is why we suggest starting at the size you need today instead of buying headroom you may never use.

Question 3

Standard or Performance, which one do I need?

Accepted Answer

Standard runs on AMD EPYC 7002 with Enterprise SSD and gives you the best price per vCPU: more cores for the same money. It suits scale-out work such as web apps, APIs and background workers, and dev, staging and production that is not latency-critical. Performance runs on AMD EPYC 9005 with Enterprise NVMe and higher clock speeds: less waiting per core. It suits single-thread and latency-sensitive work such as databases, caches and build/CI, and anything where wait time costs more than the extra vCPU. Both carry the same 99.90% SLA and include the same features, so the choice is only about processor generation and disk type.

What counts towards my traffic?

Every VPS comes with 30 TB of traffic and we do not charge for egress, so there is no per-GB bill waiting at the end of the month. If your workload sits structurally above the bundle, tell us up front and we will explain exactly what that means before you order.

Question 5

What is not part of the plan price?

Accepted Answer

Four things: extra IPv4 addresses beyond the first one, automated backups, storage on top of your plan disk, and a Windows Server licence if you pick Windows instead of Linux. The rates for the first three are listed on the tier page.

Do I manage the VPS, or do you?

Accepted Answer

You do. You get root access and you decide what runs on it, which OS you patch and how you set it up. We run everything underneath: the platform, the network and always-on DDoS protection. The firewall is included, and you set it up yourself. Our own engineers are reachable 24/7 for anything on our side of that line.

Do I need to create an account first?

Accepted Answer

Yes. When you click Configure, the portal asks you to sign in or create a free account. That takes about a minute. After that you configure your VPS right away.

Where is my data stored?

Accepted Answer

In the Netherlands or in Germany. When you create your VPS, you choose a region: Naaldwijk, Amsterdam or Frankfurt. For now, Frankfurt is available for Standard. No dependency on a hyperscaler, ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certified, GDPR-compliant.

Can I bring my own IP addresses?

Contact our sales team to discuss your own IP space. By default every VPS gets a public IP, assigned automatically from our Internet Pool. For traffic between your VPSs you create private networks.

What about DDoS protection?

DDoS protection is included as standard with every VPS, at no extra cost. Our network mitigates attacks around the clock, so your services stay reachable.
