Planning a visit to a Worldstream data centre
Quick answer
Plan and manage physical visits to Worldstream's Greenhouse Datacenters (NL) from Portal, under Datacenter Services → Datacenter Visits. Use Plan visit for your own visit, or Invite partner/technician to bring someone else in. You'll need an access ID configured on your account before you can plan anything.
If your colocated hardware needs hands-on work, someone has to physically get into the data centre. The Datacenter Visits feature in Portal is where you plan that, whether it's you going in or a partner or technician you're sending on your behalf.
Before you start: access ID
Datacenter Visits appears under Datacenter Services → Datacenter Visits once it's enabled on your account, and covers visits to Worldstream's Greenhouse Datacenters (NL). Planning a visit requires an access ID configured on the account. If you don't have one set, contact Support to get it arranged before you try to plan a visit.
Plan a visit
Open Datacenter Visits
Go to Datacenter Services → Datacenter Visits in Portal, and select Plan visit.
Fill in the visit details
Provide the Access holder and the Arrival time, then submit the request.

Invite a partner or technician
If someone else needs access on your behalf, for example an engineer from a hardware vendor, use Invite partner/technician instead of planning a visit for yourself.
Open Datacenter Visits
Go to Datacenter Services → Datacenter Visits and select Invite partner/technician.
Fill in the visitor's details
Provide the Access holder, the visitor's email address and phone number, and the reason for visit.
Set the visit window
Enter a start date/time and end date/time for the visit, then submit the invitation.
Tracking your visits
The Datacenter Visits list shows, for each visit: Access holder, ETA, Activation code, Check-in, and Status.
