Worldstream expands offering with Flexible VPS

Worldstream, a Dutch provider of cloud infrastructure based in Naaldwijk, is expanding its services with the Virtual Private Server offering Flexible VPS. With this new offering, Worldstream gives organizations a more transparent and cost-effective alternative to hyperscalers, where it’s often cheap to store data in the cloud, but expensive and unpredictable to retrieve it again. Worldstream works with “clear standard plans at a fixed price per virtual machine per month,” so organizations are never caught off guard.
Flexible VPS
Flexible VPS combines flexible configuration, full API access, and the functionality of a public cloud with the simplicity of a VPS. The new service also comes standard with high-grade security, including a free managed firewall, advanced DDoS mitigation, and network isolation. Flexible VPS runs on KVM in Worldstream’s own Dutch Tier 3 data centers, making it attractive for organizations from a digital sovereignty standpoint. The data centers meet various security certifications.
Predictable costs
The main difference from other VPS providers is cost transparency. Customers choose from standard plans with fixed monthly prices and then adjust each plan to their own needs. This way, they maintain predictable costs without sacrificing flexibility.
Because each component can be adjusted individually, customers have insight into the cost of each part and only pay for what they need. Someone who needs extra memory, for example, simply expands their existing plan without having to switch to a larger subscription.
Public cloud gives you control and API access but often lacks personal contact. Worldstream combines both: the same flexibility, with engineers available 24/7.
