Worldstream receives 2025 SOC 1 and SOC 2 Type II assurance reports

News

Worldstream has received the SOC 1 (ISAE 3402) Type II and SOC 2 (ISAE 3000) Type II assurance reports for 2025 from an independent auditor.
These reports confirm that Worldstream operated in accordance with established controls and procedures throughout the full audit year. This shows that key security and operational processes are consistently followed and adhered to in day-to-day practice.
Continuous assessment of processes and controls
For organizations that need to assess suppliers or undergo audits themselves, these reports provide additional assurance. They also help customers and prospects evaluate the reliability, security, and process control of current or potential suppliers.
While traditional audits provide a snapshot in time, SOC Type II assesses throughout the year whether Worldstream operates in line with agreed controls and procedures. It is not only about what is documented on paper, but also about how those controls are applied in daily practice.
This includes:
- Risk management and monitoring
- Logging and incident response
- Access management and physical security
- Change management and operational processes
SOC 2 Type II as a standard
Within the market, SOC 2 Type II is regarded as a robust assurance standard in which an independent auditor assesses whether established controls have been performed effectively. For Worldstream, this is part of a pragmatic way of working: not only documenting processes, but also assessing and improving them structurally.
With this, Worldstream underlines its commitment to:
- Transparency
- Security and reliability
- Continuous process optimization
“We do not see SOC 1 and SOC 2 Type II as a compliance checkbox, but as a way to continuously assess and improve quality and security. They demonstrate that processes have been consistently followed and can be evidenced in daily practice. This gives customers additional assurance about the reliability and continuity of our services,” says Alan Lucas, CISO at Worldstream.
Report availability
The SOC 1 and SOC 2 Type II reports are available upon request for customers and prospects. As they contain detailed information about internal processes and controls, they are only shared under an NDA.
