Smart outsourcing

Some IT creates added value, while other types are supportive. Use that as a starting point for outsourcing.

Cost Efficiency

Complete IT packages may seem like the safe option, but when you consider the costs, other choices often make more sense.

IT flexibility & control

Outsourcing doesn’t mean losing control; it actually provides more flexibility and control.

Cloud repatriation

The cloud is not a final destination: You should continuously evaluate and adjust your cloud environment as needs evolve.

How to review and manage your billing

Applies to All accountsAudience Account adminsLast reviewed September 2026

Quick answer

Recurring invoices, payment methods and invoice history all live under Account → Billing in Portal (portal.worldstream.com), across its Invoices, Subscriptions, and Payment Methods tabs.

Find your recurring invoices

1

Log in to Portal

Go to portal.worldstream.com.

2

Open Billing → Invoices

You'll see your invoices, with filters for Open, Paid and All.

3

Open Billing → Subscriptions

Your recurring services and their billing periods live on the Subscriptions tab, not on Invoices. Use it to see what is running on a recurring charge.

Set up or remove automatic payments

The Payment Methods tab under Billing adds a credit card for automatic payments. If you use PayPal or another method you configured earlier, those are managed through the classic portal rather than here. See Setup automatic payments for the full walkthrough.

Reviewing open and paid invoices

The Invoices view lists both open and paid invoices. Filter by status to see what's outstanding, and download an invoice from the Actions column. See Reading your invoice for what the document contains.
